These are the terms of use (referred to as the “Terms”) that define our relationship with you. The reason for their use is that they form the articles of the legal contract between you and Purity Cosmetics, so we suggest you read them carefully. By using our services, you agree and undertake to fully comply with your obligations under these Terms, otherwise we ask you not to use our services. By the terms "You" or "user" or "buyer" we mean the entity or individual using our services, while "WE" or "our" or "Purity Cosmetics" means Purity Cosmetics and "party" means YOU. All content included, made available or posted through any of our services, such as, but not limited to: any text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, aggregated data and/ or software are the property of us, or our contractors, and are protected by Law No. 35/2016 for copyright in the Republic of Albania, the laws where it operates or exercises its activity Purity Cosmetics and international copyright law. If while using our services you notice that copyright has been infringed, please do not hesitate to contact us through the contact details published on our site.

Trademarks

Our trademark is protected by Law No. 9947 for industrial ownership in the Republic of Albania. No natural or legal person may, in the course of their commercial activities, use any mark that is substantially identical or similar to our trademark. Unauthorized use of a trademark is considered a violation of proprietary rights over a registered trademark.

Content of Others

Some of the content on our services comes from users, publishers and third parties. Although we try to review content from time to time, we do not do this for all sites, and as a result we cannot and do not take responsibility for any content that comes from others through our services.

To purchase products through purity.al you must be a registered user. If you do not have an account, please register. Purchases made without an account lose warranty rights and the right to return or exchange the product.

We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to modify, correct, limit or discontinue temporarily or permanently any of the services or parts of these services, or part of the functions of these services, including any launched applications. In addition, we reserve the right to introduce or introduce new features or applications to improve our services.

Product description

We strive to be as accurate as possible in the information we present, however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other product content on our websites are accurate, complete, current or error-free. If a product purchased by you differs substantially from the product listed on the website purity.al, you have the option to return the product.

Buying a product

You can buy the products listed on our website by selecting the item you want to buy and sending it to the cart (by clicking the "Add to Cart" button). After you have finished selecting items, the order value and the number of items ordered are displayed. Then proceed with the purchase process by following the steps below. Once you have completed the process, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received.

We encourage you to ensure that your information is accurate, up-to-date and complete before placing any purchase order or transaction. We are not responsible for any loss that may be due to incorrect or incomplete information.

We advise you to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account before processing your purchase transaction, have sufficient credit limit to process the transaction or have sufficient cash payments.

To avoid any damage from wrong order, we ask you to make sure that you are not placing a wrong order before completing the transaction. Errors in order processing are your responsibility and we cannot accept any liability.

All items purchased from us are delivered via a consignment contract. This means that the risk of loss or damage to the items will pass to you immediately upon delivery to us.

Returns and Refunds

Items that do not substantially match the specifications, design, description of the product ordered, you have the right to return, replace or refund for them until we have notified you in advance. The item you return is considered accepted by us only when the item is delivered by you or by post to our address from which the order was sent.

Declining or canceling a transaction

Purity Cosmetics reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel an online transaction for any reason. Some situations that may result in an online transaction being declined or revoked include claims of credit or debit card fraud where there is reason to believe that the online transaction is unauthorized, violates any law, rule or regulation. Purity Cosmetics may at any time request verification or additional information for any online transaction.

Taxes and Customs Duties

The price of the products listed on our website includes VAT, however, before placing the order, please read the order details carefully.

For orders outside Albania and Kosovo

The price of the product does not include taxes or other customs duties or other fees imposed by law from the relevant country where you are placing the order, and you are obliged to pay all taxes and other fees that apply in addition to the purchase price of the product before your order is delivered. This applies to every country other than Albania and Kosovo.

Customer care is of particular importance to us. If you need help processing any transaction, tracking your order or anything else, you have the option to contact us directly.

Supplement-Changes to Terms

We constantly improve existing services and offer new services. This means that we may add new functionality, products or services or discontinue them. We may take any action at any time and may not be able to give you advance notice.

We hope you will always use our services forever; however, you may terminate the relationship by deleting your account.

At the same time, we may terminate our contract at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This means that we may place additional restrictions on your use of the services, or not provide our services. For example. We may disable your account due to non-use of the service for a long time.

DISCLAIMER AND APPLICABLE LAW

Any dispute, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms, shall be resolved by arbitration within the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Albania. .

Returns

Pursuant to Article 37 of Law 9902, dated 17.04.2008 "For Consumer Protection", the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving a reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. If applicable, your refund will be processed and the credit automatically returned to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still need help finding your refund, please email us at info@purity.al or message us at Whatsapp, Facebook, Messenger OR Instagram.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@purity.al

Mail order returns

If you are eligible to return your product, email us at info@purity.al and we will email you return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 60 Euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Payment methods

Purity Cosmetics accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (payment on delivery)
  • Credit/Debit Card

All transactions are processed through a secure server, guaranteeing maximum data protection for customers.
Purity Cosmetics Customer Service Operators are not authorized, in any way, to request or accept credit card numbers and/or details.

When paying through PayPal, customers can pay directly through their PayPal account or using the card payment system provided by PayPal.

Safety

All financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., is managed directly by the bank which guarantees the security of online transactions.

Shipping and charges

How will I know that my order has been confirmed and will be shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order within minutes and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that international orders will receive tracking information once payment has been confirmed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please continue shopping to see if we ship to your country.

Additional information on international shipping

Please note that items shipped outside Albania may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or fees, which are not included in the total cost of the order, nor will they be covered or refunded by Purity Cosmetics.

We are not responsible for any shipping shipment that may be affected by customs, natural events, transfers from the post office to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation shocks or delays.

RULES AND LIMITATIONS ON SHIPMENTS

Orders are shipped on business days only. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Albania and Kosovo.

It is not possible to agree on the schedule and days for the delivery of the order.
All shipments must be signed for upon receipt.
Shipping costs for returned products will NOT be refunded.
A request to change the shipping address after the order has been placed will not be authorized if the order has been shipped.
