1. Delivery Notices.

You will receive an email to the email address you specified when placing the order notifying you that the order has been shipped. You can also choose to have a delivery confirmation sent to your mobile via text message. Or you can call or write to us.

 

2. Lost deliveries

International Mail: If you are not present to receive the package at the time the delivery attempt is made, the delivery company will leave you a card notifying you of the missed attempt. This will allow you to call the company to arrange a delivery at a more convenient time or collect the package from your local post office.

If for any reason the item has been returned to us (eg incorrect address specified) then Purity Cosmetics will notify you immediately by email as soon as Purity Cosmetics take the item back. From this time, you will be given a choice of whether you want us to resend the item at your full cost or for you to cancel the order with a refund after we have incurred the costs incurred.

 

3. Late deliveries or delivery

though Purity Cosmetics is able to ship almost every order within the specified delivery time, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity may be exceeded and cause an additional day's delay. Unfortunately this situation can happen from time to time, and it is a situation that is naturally associated with online shopping, although it only happens in very rare situations, and if it does, your order is marked for urgent next day delivery.

Another circumstance that can cause a delay is when the Post Office has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation, but unfortunately it is out of our control. In these situations, Purity Cosmetics will do its best to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

 

3.1 Consequential Loss for Late Shipments

Purity Cosmetics does not provide financial compensation to cover subsequent losses, e.g. Downtime to receive shipments, or the item is intended as a gift, and you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer.

 

4. Absence and Delay

In case of absence or delay, you will be notified by Purity Cosmetics for the postponement of the delivery deadline. The customer is free to choose whether he wants to accept or cancel the order. Delays in the delivery of products or non-fulfillment of the order will not mean compensation for the customer or his suppliers.

Purity Cosmetics, through the carrier, will deliver the ordered products to the address specified by the Customer, at the nearest point accessible by means of transport.

The customer undertakes to take delivery of the products on his own behalf or on behalf of the person on whose behalf the order was placed, at the address specified by him when placing the order. During the delivery, the Customer or the authorized person must prove his identity, and the confirmation of the order sent which contains the order number, as well as the authorization in case of withdrawal by a third person.

During the inspection of the delivered products, if the Customer notices that the packaging or packaging of the products is damaged, the products are missing or damaged, the Customer must describe all observations in writing in the act of receipt, and obtain the carrier's signature, and will keep a copy of the document. These remarks must be clear (definition of damages) in order to be considered by Purity Cosmetics for product replacement.

  • In the event that Purity Cosmetics or its carrier is unable to deliver the products due to the Customer's fault, such as non-compliance with the set schedule for product delivery, non-communication of special access conditions, the Customer loses the right to reimbursement of costs of sending. The costs of returning the product will also be deducted from the product price refund. If the Customer wants another shipment, he is obliged to pay the shipping costs again in advance.

 

 

 

 

Returns

 

1. Cancellation of the Order

The customer has the right to cancel his order, in case of non-fulfillment by Purity Cosmetics of the delivery conditions provided for in the last point, by notifying by email at the address info@purity.al.
The cancellation request will be considered by Purity Cosmetics only if the preparation, delivery or delivery of the ordered products did not take place according to the conditions described in these Terms.
For the above cases of cancellation, the Client will be reimbursed for the payment made within a period of 4 days from receiving the request from Purity Cosmetics.

 

2. Return of Products

Pursuant to Article 37 of Law 9902, dated 17.04.2008 "For Consumer Protection", the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving a reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered products.
The product must be returned to the address specified by Purity Cosmetics, with its packaging and packaging, not to have been used and to be accompanied by all accessories, instructions for use, documents proving the electronic purchase as well as the completed return authorization form; if the Product is not delivered as such in the manner described in this clause, it will not be accepted by Purity Cosmetics. Return shipping costs for canceled orders will be covered by the Customer.
