Taxes and Customs Duties<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

The price of the products listed on our website includes VAT, however, before placing the order, please read the order details carefully.<\/p>

For orders outside Albania and Kosovo<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

The price of the product does not include taxes or other customs duties or other fees imposed by law from the relevant country where you are placing the order, and you are obliged to pay all taxes and other fees that apply in addition to the purchase price of the product before your order is delivered. Pursuant to Article 37 of Law 9902<\/a><\/span>, dated 17.04.2008 "For Consumer Protection", the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving a reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered products.<\/p>

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>

Refunds<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. If applicable, your refund will be processed and the credit automatically returned to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.<\/p>

Late or missing refunds:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.<\/p>

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@purity.al<\/p>

Mail order returns<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

If you are eligible to return your product, email us at info@purity.al and we will email you return instructions.<\/p>

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/p>

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>

If you are shipping an item over 60 Euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>
